Initial Consultation

Based on the site analysis and client requirements, our architectural and engineering team develops preliminary designs, layouts, and construction concepts that meet both functional and aesthetic expectations.

Cost & Project Proposal

Engineering Design & Approvals
Once the project is approved, our team prepares detailed architectural drawings, structural designs, and technical plans. We also assist the client in obtaining necessary permits and regulatory approvals.
